This is a formal report on the beings known as "Anons" and everything I have recently discovered about them.
The body of these anons is an ever changing substance, similar to quantam particles in that they collapse into one state once observed. They change rapidly, brain scans and any given samples of body fluids changing outside of the bounds of any creature. One moment, their brain appears as human, the next as a dog, the next as a cat, et cetera. With a consistent reading proving impossible. I have not been able to accurately analyse received samples of blood, urine, and spit, though they change in colour, consistency, and smell every time I look at them.
Attempts to disect the anon instead causes the entire vody to dissappear, with the only object left behind being the black sunglasses (hereby referred to as "anon glasses"). No trace of any part of their body remains, besides samples and objects collected prior to their "death", which remain. The body itself seems to approximate towards a human body made of grey to white skin as a "default", though their internal organs are ever shifting.
Section B: Anon Glasses, and "becoming official".
The anon glasses, post "death" of the anon, show equal results to a brain scan as a human mind. From this, the conclusion is drawn that the anon glasses are what stores their mind, and the body is created for the purpose of interaction. Anons with a body seem to feel sensation as if they are normal glasses, besides pain, which seems to be felt as if the action harmful to the glasses happens to the part of the body the glasses rest on. Furthermore, any attempt to remove the glasses from the anon's body causes mental distress, migraines, and a feeling of growing pains.
These glasses seem to be the source of their power, which as of present appears unlimited. Currently, this magic has seperated people into multiple versions of themself, fused people together, teleported themself and others, and summoned many, many objects.
As shown by @official-tracen-security and other examples, it is possible for the mind within the anon glasses to go into a more permenant form, a process colloquially known as "becoming official". This is an extended process, during which the "mind" within the anon glasses moves into a body that has stabilised, one with typical, unchanging organs. This process has been described vaguely as painful, but the end results are clear: a person who used to be an "anon", and a pair of anon glasses with no mind inside them (hereby referred to as "empty anon glasses").
Section C: Putting on the Anon Glasses
If empty anon glasses are worn, the wearer receives access to the magical capabilities of an anon, at the cost of a seeming progressive loss of their existance as an "official". Over time, they lose who they have become, and begin to revert back to the prior state. It is unknown why, but one theory claims that it is due to the empty anon glasses attempting to regain a mind, and "absorbing" that of their host. In this regard, the glasses act as a parasitic creature, or perhaps a sort of "cursed magical artifiact" in its function. In addition, the power provided proves addictive, with users reporting an extreme hangover-like sensation once removing them again, requiring much time to recover from.
Wearing "full" anon glasses causes a different reaction. The mind within the glasses attempts to take control of the body, resulting in both the wearer and anon having partial control. It appears that over time, the anon gains progressively more control.
Any attempt to remove the glasses from the wearer in this state is HIGHLY DANGEROUS, resulting in a burst of the magic performed by the glasses, causing many sounds, obnects, and other phenomona to appear. In addition, once removal is complete, the subject who originally wore them passes out, beginning to bleed from all orifices as they do.
Anons are incredibly powerful beings, though seperation bwtween their created bodies and their glasses causes them much distress. The glasses themselves hold incredible power, but also have an extremely high risk associated with using or experimenting with them. I warn anyone who wishes to continue these studies to act very carefully, and ideally work with anons who are completely willing and who attempt to be non-violent whenever possible. Do not put on the glasses for long periods of time, regardless of their state.
