How have we managed our time so far?
It has been a challenge getting organized enough for us to be able to grow at a consistent rate especially with technical problems like one of our computers breaking down.Â
Since the started we’ve had to walk a fine line between who was better at making certain aspects of the company or whether we should work on it together. Whether or not we choose to allow one another to fly solo on a project, we’re always listening to the other’s feedback.Â
That way we stay on the same page and there are no issues moving forward unless we decide to rework an area that we think we can improve.
At the same time, life can add pressure to the entire project and make it difficult for us to meet our targets. We’ve been getting better and better at reaching goals and consistently improving and redesigning how we operate. Managing our day-to-day lives alongside running a business, means we have to micromanage our time at each moment. For most this can eventually lead to feelings of burning out or being much more worn out than normal. Having low motivation, being easily irritable, I know I’ve caught myself in a similar place.Â
It’s just as important to set aside time to take care of yourself as it is to make time for your business. Neglecting to take time to relax can lead to more burnout over the long run, even if you love your job.Â
We’d love to hear feedback from the audience once we have some more content posted which we promise will be posted soon. Keep an eye out.
Warm regards,
Brandon.Â
