Day 1 as a manager, it went well

Still learning how/when to hold my tongue

Fuck me I'm falling apart

I feel like I have no one to talk to :/

Can't tell if I'm truly unhappy or just tired

Got my bass amp working again which is great bc I forgot how terrible I was at playing the bass

Trying to sort out the appropriate levels of consciousness and their affect on the self

Tonight for dinner I made a spinach, sweet onion, garlic, tomato basil feta, filo pastry pie and I almost fucked it up bc I forgot to add the eggs but then I salvaged it. Phyew... I would take a pic of it, but since a picture is worth a thousand words, I think that 1k words is a little precocious for a meal @ 7pm

Mari has been dealing with a lot lately. I see them struggling in so many ways and I see how truly strong and wise they are, and how much stronger and wiser they are becoming. I have faith in them, to work through this. I have faith in us to transcend all of this muck. For now, I'm focusing on each day as it comes, each step, knowing the road will lead somewhere smooth where we can coast for a while.

Don't believe anything you hear. Nothing. Not even this. Think for yourself. Take some quiet time. Listen to your inner voice. Stop drop and roll.
