Mijn lieve zusje Mandy, pas 32 jaar oud, staat voor de zwaarste strijd van haar leven. Een strijd die ze helaas niet kan winnen. De kanker is uitgezaaid en de artsen hebben ons het nieuws gegeven waar we allemaal zo bang voor waren: haar levensverwachting is kort.

Nu de tijd door haar vingers glipt, is er nog maar één ding dat echt telt: herinneringen maken. Mandy wil de tijd die haar nog rest, gebruiken om haar zoontje cadeaus te geven die hij voor de rest van zijn leven bij zich kan dragen. Geen speelgoed, maar ervaringen. Een lach op zijn gezicht die vastgelegd kan worden in foto’s en video’s, zodat hij later kan zien hoeveel zijn moeder van hem hield.

Met jullie hulp hopen we haar in de resterende tijd die ze nog heeft haar een glimlach op haar gezicht te kunnen toveren, herinneringen te kunnen maken.

I hope you are well. I’m writing to kindly ask for your support on behalf of our small community of transgender refugees living in Mushenyi Refugee Camp, Burundi.

At the moment, we have a fundraiser that only covers medication, but we are also in urgent need of support for food, shelter, hygiene items, and other basic necessities. Unfortunately, here in Africa—especially from refugee camps—we are not able to open a GoFundMe account ourselves due to platform restrictions.

That is why we are kindly asking if someone who lives in Europe (or another eligible country) would be willing to help us by opening a GoFundMe account on our behalf. If you agree to help, you would be the person receiving the donations in your bank account, and then sending the funds to us through WorldRemit or Sendwave, which are the only services accessible to us here.

This support would mean safety, dignity, and survival for transgender people who are already facing extreme hardship and discrimination. We are ready to provide full transparency, updates, and proof of how the funds are used.

Hi, we are in serious need of your help and support. Our sweet dog Honey just got diagnosed with a very serious uterus infection and she needs her uterus removed, but unfortunately we aren’t able to afford her surgery and medical bills. She’s been bleeding non stop for almost 2 months and lost her appetite, so she’s very frail and skinny. For now we’ve only been able to give her medication, but it isn’t likely to get rid of her infection 100% and could come back after 1 month.

Hey hey this is still going!

Im working up enough to safely leave the US for a month and I do need help pulling it off. It's to visit my wonderful love @kapitein-oranghien-29 in August!

My big plans for the trip involve looking at windmills and cows and holding his hands and trying not to yip like a puppy in front of his family. But man this is incredible!

I am asking for the help though because it is hard for me to keep my rent and all my bills paid when I am gone for a month and I dont wanna be homeless when I come back. Im sure it makes sense, ugh im rambling now....

Hey guys— I'm Derry! I'm a Pathfinder and Starfinder author, and my fiance, Kyo, is a knight lover and a Commander Shepherd enthusiast.

I'm sort of embarrassed to ask for help, but we do need help. Our accountant last year made some grievous mistakes (including counting all of my rent as a deductible!), and we just found out we owe thousands of pounds before the end of the month.

We covered it— but it decimated our savings. Savings we needed for this year, when we renew my fiance's visa. We're asking for anything you guys can afford— even donating 10 bucks is huge, and we can't thank you enough for it.

i discussed with my doctor as many options as possible (both doctors) about my separate issues, and it's still going to cost, now almost $2,000 out of pocket which we do not have. This is a big reason i'm selling my records, so if some or any of them seem a bit over-priced i apologize. just trying to get by.

additionally, i have an appointment at the end of february with my gyno doctor about getting my tubes tied which should be ... an interesting experience to say the least.

all of this to say: we're really stressed, we're so burnt out we're making ourselves ill, and i'm selling some of my most prized possessions in order to stay afloat and take care of us.

Hello all y'all strange weird people who live in my phone~

I'm not one to ask for help. Especially money. But JESUS CHRIST I'm so exhausted and tired of being in the negative, and having a busted car on top of that.

If you want to help, please do! Even a tiny bit, $10 or $20 helps to get Da Bern safely back on the road. Anything extra still goes into the car, and if things really take off the money will go towards being off work during my hysterectomy recovery in February.

He's an amazing writer going through hell trying to get out of their current living situation with their dad.

The sewer + kitchen line / traps are COMPLETELY ROTTED OUT in our basement 🙃 we haven't been able to use the water for a week, and I live in a house of 7 people

We were originally quoted about 9k but found out about the kitchen line today, so it's probably going to be even higher. We had ,a family member loan us money for the original repair but they're finishing up tomorrow and we're going to need to pay them bc both have to get done

We don't qualify for any loans for multiple reasons, insurance is dragging its ass, and we don't have any credit card big enough to saddle the costs. I don't have any other options, so I'd appreciate if people could share this link:
