I realized even more how important it is to communicate. Legit communicate how you feel. What makes you uncomfortable? Don’t be afraid to say it. What makes you sad? What does your partner do that you don’t appreciate? Talk about that shit. Let it out. Quit bending rules. You’re only taking away value from yourself. This is the only way your relationship could be better for you. If your partner can’t meet your needs emotionally, that should just tell you that maybe they’re not the one.
