This design has a lot going on in it, but if you have the patience to do it, people won’t believe they’re not stickers!  In this coral-orange color, this design screams summer to me! But if you switch up the colors, it can be transformed into a super classy design.

Prom Nails #2: Purple Gold Gradient

Personally, I love gradients!  I think they’re soo cool.  Depending on the color they can work for any occasion, and they’re easy to create!  No joke, all you have to do is sponge on polish!!!

Since these are prom nails, I decided to go for more of an elegant look, with just a bit of edge.  My senior prom dress was a dark purple, so I thought I would match my nails to my old dress!

Prom season is here!!!  Prom has a special place in my heart.  I’ve had so many good memories at them, and they are the perfect time to get all dressed up and to look absolutely fabulous!!!

  This spring I’ve been feeling very floral and tree oriented.  I actually did these nails a while ago, but I didn’t feel like posting them because it was still winter, so I’m going to post them now, now that the season is a bit more appropriate! My romantic side definitely came out when I did these nails!  The gold tips were subtle and a nice change from the regular French tipped nails.  Plus, gold is so much classier than any other color!  And of course since Valentine’s Day is coming up, I couldn’t resist from adding a little heart accent to the nails!

More V-Day nails!!!!!!!!  I saw a very similar design in a nail art book my mom gave me.  In the original design there’s a kiss print, but to achieve that you need stamps or stencils, and I wanted to make this a true DIY!!!
