Cam: Here's where a less tasteful person would make a joke about the size of my other head, but let's not.

Cam: I'm not going to pretend I don't care.

Mia: Don't flatter yourself. We wouldn't want you to get a big head, on top of everything.

Mia: Isn't she a dealer? She's...rather /loud/ about that and her../beliefs/. It was a joint effort, between me and her. Regardless, it is nice to have someone with that kind of access.

Mia: I..hadn't thought of that. I just didn't want to see you in that position. Call it residual affection, if you'd like.

Cam: She's one of mine, yes. It's a good working relationship. Which I assume you and her have. Since she's rather /loud/ about her /beliefs/, too. Switches and the like.

Mia: ...Right. Considering. That.. makes sense.

Mia: The blonde one? I can't say I've interacted much with either of Harper's exes. Don't get me wrong, she absolutely is annoying and needs a muzzle 99% of the time. But she is useful.

Mia: I didn't need her arresting you or having your name on any records at the station. And she has a loud mouth. Simple.

Cam: You sound almost disappointed.

Cam: Max. And I'd agree. About the muzzle, of course. I'm not convinced of her usefulness, but I suppose I can give her some benefit of the doubt if she was able to find me, after all of my care to remain hidden.

Cam: And having my name leads back to you, of course. I understand.

Mia: I know, I saw. I went as well, to support Traditionalists establishments. With everything going on, that's important right now, though I didn't stay very long. Did you see anything particularly interesting?

Mia: I saw the...tiff between you too. Is that what makes that interesting?

Cam: Agreed. I saw a few things I'd like to have for personal play, yes. But I'm going to make an order with Sophia for Exquis first. Considering..

Cam: Mhm. She annoys me. As does her ex. One of them, I suppose. I prefer speaking to the blonde one, despite her attitude.

Mia: No...I..after the other night, I don't mind it, Sir.

Mia: Since we're doing this..together. You should know there's a switch-- his name is Hanson Sinclair. He's Harper's cousin and I protect him in exchange for Harper being an inside woman on the force for me. That means he's a chauffeur, at most, and he's never to be sent on any ventures. He stays with me, mostly. Is that something you'll help honor?

Cam: Doing well. I ventured to Sophia's event.

Cam: Good.

Cam: /Harper/? Interesting.

Mia: I'm...satisfied enough. I've given it some further thought over the past week, deliberated with my parents, family-- and this is clearly for the best. Are you?

Cam: I'm very aware.

Cam: As satisfied as I can be, yes. It's obvious that you know what you're doing, aside from what your family has lead me to believe.

I’m confident that you’ll make up for that very soon, Cameron. And I’m glad you enjoyed yourself, there was a lot of effort put into making the presentation, as well as the products, as perfect as possible, your approval is very important to us. Custom orders are indeed on the plans very soon, but I’m sure we can speed up the process for a friend, especially if said friend is willing to use our pieces in his art.

I’m glad to know you still think so highly of me, Sophia. But yes, absolutely-- I’ll stop by sometime tomorrow if you don’t mind? We can discuss dimensions and things. I have no doubt a new St. Andrews Cross, at the very least, would be a wonderful new public performance piece. 

I understand that the world is seemingly about to spiral once again, to the surprise of no one, but the show, as they say, must go on. It was a wonderful showcase, Sophia. I’m only a bit sad that I couldn’t play with them too much during my time visiting. However, I’d love to put in a large order sometime soon to further along my business, too. The show does go on, and we should always continue to support each other.

Mia: The dining room is more than fine-- as long as the door is in sight.

Cam: Either you're interested in pursuing something more or not.

Cam: But I haven't apologized for what I did to your family. Nor will I right now.

Daya: It's fairly obvious how he feels about it.

Daya: Trust me when I say it's for your benefit.

Daya: No face pictures?

Cam: Hmm.

Cam: So he's already moved on, then? Interesting.

Cam: I'm sorry, then. I know it's not easy- Take it from someone who's gone through two break ups fairly recently.

Daya: Do you care about my relationship ending?
