Maybe I'm a ghost

LAST NIGHT MATTY WORE THE SHIRT I GAVE HIM OMFGOIEFOEFHU

yesterday was the BEST day of my life. I had the privilege to go to the 1975’s acoustic set and met them, which was great because that gave me the opportunity to finally give matty the shirt i saved up for him. I really wish i could have recorded it; my friend had my phone ready to record, but the security made us put it away last minute as taking pictures was “too time consuming.” when it was my turn, i greeted matty and i gave him the shirt and I said "hi matty, i saved up and bought this shirt for you" and he said "awww, babe, you bought it for me?" and he looked at it and said "oh my, its such a nice shirt" and george overheard matty and said "wow! it is really nice" then matty looked up back at me and said "I love it. you’re so sweet. you know what? here, i really want you to have these." and he handed me adam and his picks from the acoustic show. I thanked them (whilst freaking out internally) and he continued to sign my album. he asks me "are you going to the show tonight?" and i said "yes!" and he said "aww, well I’ll wear it tonight!" I WAS SO IN SHOCK I SAID “REALLY??" AND SMILED SO HUGE and george looked at me and said "don’t worry love, I’ll make sure he wears it."  and Ross and Adam overheard and called me sweet and it was amazing, they were so so so nice. i was crying SO HARD AFTERWARD because i was so overwhelmed!

As we were waiting for the 1975 to come on, i began doubting myself thinking matty wouldn’t actually wear the shirt. I was in the middle of the crowd and it was a really sucky spot. After cruisr, i began to try to push my way to the front but i still ended up too far. When the intro to the city started, i got sooo nervous because I wanted to see if Matty wore the shirt or not. 

WHEN THE GIRLS STARTED SCREAMING I KNEW MATTY WAS ON STAGE SO I GOT ON MY TIP TOES AND LOOKED UP AND SAW HE WAS WEARING MY FUCKIGN SHIRT I WAS SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS AND CRYING AT THE SAME TIME. I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT

I screamed "MATTY, I BOUGHT YOU THAT SHIRT" and it was so funny because girls started to recognize me and they helped me get to the front because they saw my story on instagram (@chocolatehealy) and they were saying things like “OH MY GOD YOU’RE THE GIRL WHO GAVE MATTY THE SHIRT YOU NEED TO BE BARRIER.” People were so genuine i ended up being 3rd row. Thank you so so so much to all of those lovely people.

MATTY KEPT HIS PROMISE AND I NOTHING HAS EVER MADE ME HAPPIER.
