New self portrait. I’ve gained some weight since I was 19, I’ve grown out a mullet, gone back to bleaching and dying my hair, and found out I was chronically ill so I smoke a bit of cannabis since I can’t afford medication. I definitely no longer fit into Thai society, but that’s okay I think. I think I’m a lot happier just living my life how I want to.

Finally finished this 3 year old Diakko WIP. Felt like doing something more romantic-y and painterly, almost dreamy. Maybe I’ll do another piece similarly when I have time down the road✨

Examples of thought process. I don’t usually sketch out my work, I like to go on the fly, but when I’m asked to, it usually goes like this. Loose, and lots of arrows and lines and lists of symbolism n stuff. I’m really inspired by the occult and esoteric, as well as lgbtq+ themes and iconography.

Intaglio Drypoint prints from my printmaking class. It was hard!!!!!!!!!!! But I think it’s because my plexi plate was so looooooooong, I think I would have enjoyed it if I didn’t try being so extra. Inking was also a huge paint, but...y’know, despite the fact it’s time consuming, it’s messy, and it requires expensive paper? If I could do it again and not worry about time, I would.
