How funny would it be if Lindel knew her but had just forgotten about her because they didn't see each other to often.

Besides im wondering if we see the other two who stand behind Lindel maybe as some kind of arc mage who are as old as him and have either the same opinion about Humans and fae or the opposite.

After all he seems to be a kind of antagonist at some point of the arc. And for some reason i think Elias wouldn't be able to treat him as such. They spent so much time together and he always behave like a Son around him. So it would be an opportunity to introduce some other old mages to stop Lindel from what ever he will try to do.

There are a few reasons I think as to why, first and foremost, this doodle by yamazaki.

In here, it shows lindel being restrained by multiple hands, and some of the hands are even touching his chest. The text also says that lindel was "loved too much" which could imply a harmful type of "affection", SA.

2. The manga tends to state multiple times that lindel hates interaction with others (whether it be human or fae) because hes been taken advantage of a lot throughout his life, which could mean a lot of things, but its usually a phrase for SA as well.

I know a lot of people talk about lindel being almost like an absent parent when it came to raising elias especially emotionally, which yes, I can see, but I think of it as just lindel not trying to get too attached considering his overall background. Trust issues runs DEEP in this dude. I dont even think he was that close with rahab emotionally like that, lindel has a thing with suppressing his emotions in general, so it could've been like that since he was really young (like child young), which is why he just never kept a close connection with her or elias.Rahab shows much more emotion with people and ultimately just trusts people more than lindel does, which is why shes so friendly towards elias, but with all of lindels bad experiences (especially considering the potential SA) its not necessarily a surprise that hes so. Emotionally distant when it comes to all of his friendships and relationships

He also dislikes fae as well so it was likely harder to trust elias knowing that he was probably a fae (i mean look at him tf)Also, lindel never really considered elias a son, he saw him more of an acquaintance so I guess that's also why he wasn't really fatherly towards him
