From a young age Artemis loved the stars, she wanted to know more and how they formed and were destroyed; how they ebbed and flowed with Astrology and what made them the way they were. Upon her acceptance to Hogwarts and sorting into Ravenclaw Artemis excelled in Astronomy and Potions. Defense Against the Dark Arts was a close third and everything else she maintained a solid As. Upon graduating from Hogwarts Artemis worked odd jobs favoring the leaky cauldron more than most others.
When it came time for her to request a position(aged 20) at Hogwarts she was brought in as the new Arithmancy professor, it was not the position she wanted however it was available and she wanted to teach at the one place she always felt at home.
Four years later Artemis is working with the order and if she can’t be found in her school office or teaching she can most assuredly be found in the three broomsticks or the the astronomy tower looking at the stars. Artemis is fierce and bold and will always keep her ground. She’s also surprisingly witty, creative, and clever.
