14th January Hey new diary, figured since I've finally run out of space in my old one, I should fill you in with a recap of all of the important stuff! My name's Olivia, obviously, and I am 23 living next door to my best friend Ophelia, who I met in college. I studied Mathematics whilst she studied Psychology and these days we both work night shifts at the nearby hotel. Pays well but the work is so boring, it's hard staying awake! Ophelia recommended that I should write a diary whilst I'm on my shift, it's good for my mental health and keeping my attention, so here we are! 17th January Work today is so boring! I'd use the gym like Ophelia does but I don't want to be away from my desk. I don't know how she gets away with it. Mind you, it's working for her - she's looking really hot these days. I'm kinda jealous! 18th January Ugh I couldn't sleep when I got back last night. I'm always struggling to sleep. I try melatonin, meditation, showering, nothing works! I don't know how Ophelia does it, she always says that she falls asleep straight away. I think I'll have to ask her for advice. 21st January Ophelia's been acting a little strange. She's got this new wardrobe, and has been doing this whole "new year new me" thing. She spends so much time at the gym, and she seems really really happy all of the time. And everything she has now is pink! Pink clutch purse, pink tint, pink eyeshadow, pink headphones, pink nails. I admire her commitment to it. Actually, I should ask her about that sleeping advice! 22nd January So Ophelia mentioned she uses white noise to fall asleep! Why didn't I think of that? I downloaded the file she mentioned and I'm going to try it tonight. Here's hoping it works cause I've been so tired recently. 25th January The file worked! I hit play and I relaxed and fell asleep so quickly! Maybe I should ask her about her other lifestyle changes, cause it's clearly working for her. 26th January Ophelia said she'd help me with a routine, which is great! I love spending time with her. Anything to get out of this boring role. I wonder if she'll tell me how she gets away with going to the gym at night. 28th January I've got a routine on a spreadsheet and laminated. It is on my fridge and above my desk. I'll give it a go for a week or so - it's a lot of gym sessions. Tonight though, I think I'm going to set up a vision board based on Ophelia's Instagram - it's good to have a goal!

29th January

The gym was so tiring... it makes me just wanna listen to the file and sleep for so long.... 30th January So turns out the bosses are like totes happy that we use the gym because it's free advertising and brings in more customers! Means I can workout soooo much without worrying about it.

3rd February

I'm sleeping even better now, the days are just slipping by! Funny story about the last shift, I accidentally ended up at Ophelia's front door rather than mine! I must have got the addresses muddled.

4th February

I can't wait to get back home from my shift. Between the gym and home, I'm spending so much time with Ophelia. It's great, she's soo inspirational!

7th February

I spent the weekend with Ophelia and it was super fun! I don't remember much cause I've been soooo tired from the gym but it felt right to be by her side!

8th February

Ophelia's like, sooo hot. She had on this pink sports bra and leggings that made all her curves pop! Can't wait to see her workout in it at the gym tonight.

11th February

I think pink is my new favourite colour! It makes me look just like Ophelia! Turns out I accidentally picked up some of her clothing when I was at hers last weekend. Normally, I'd notice cause, like, they wouldn't fit. She's wayyyyy bustier. But they were so perfect and pink! She said I could keep em and I reallly like em! Not like I need office clothes anyway when the gym is more important.

13th February I don't know why I'm writing in the diary today... Ophelia works today not me... why did I think I was working today? At least it means I can do more gym sessions.

14th February Ophelia was like sooo smart and said I should live with her so we can save money! Such a good idea! Means I don't have to remember Olivia's, I mean, my old address.

17th February This new routine is sooooo good. I'm becoming more and more like her and I'm so happy all the time. Glad I can put my psychology degree to good use! 18th February

The other staff have started called me Ophelia cause I look just like her now! That thought feels, like, sooo perfect!!

20th February

I had a weekend with Ophelia and like, it's such a blur... my head's like soo empty these days. She like, totes gave me a new file to listen to so I put on my pink headphones and like, gave it a go.
