Me lying down: I feel pretty much fine. What am I doing lying around? I should get up and do something. Or at least sit upright, damn.
Me when I’m upright: oh, Jesus. Oh, damn. Oh, RIGHT—this is why I was lying down.

My sister: “So are you just not going to do anything ever again?” (Asking in reference to me not joining them on a family trip.)
Me: “Um, maybe. That’s kind of what being disabled means.”
Like seriously. Being disabled is literally not being able to do everything able-bodied people do. Me not going on the trip was a necessity so I didn’t push my body too far and crash, not something I chose because I didn’t feel like going.
anyone else ever wish they could lie down harder? Like, I'm already horizonal, but I need more horizonal. I need to be absorbed by the floor. I think that would fix me
Your disability ever have your pets worrying about you? Makes me feel like a monster because I can't even tell them I'll be okay and I'm just experiencing The Illnesses

*Notice* All of the above WERE Amazon Affiliate links. They no longer bring me money because Amazon decided that Tumblr is not an authorized site to use links on. Fuck amazon. I worked hella hard on this list.
I am a disabled queer artist. As I'm sure you know, it is very expensive to be disabled. These links won't bring me anything other than the joy of helping someone else. Please enjoy and share! Knowledge is power.
if you are feeling generous, here is my venmo for tips.

Just curious, does anyone get so overstimulated with emotions you have lay down for hours until it goes away? And if so what does it feel like? For me I feel like I have butterflies in my stomach and chest and I get dizzy.
I want to work on a project in my Digital Art class (I use Photoshop and Illustrator) on neurodivergent experiences, so if anyone has any idea they want to share feel free!
Hi hi. I am a 28 year old cis female. In the long process of being diagnosed. I am Apparently a complex case, and need further testing and second opinions, but it looks like I'm either aspie or I have borderline personality disorder aswell as the three cluster C types. I do not understand. I guess I'm having an identity crisis. My question is Can someone have a handful of personality disorders? As a female I'm afraid of being misdiagnosed either way. Be life changing to have an explanation to the way I am. I'm obviously going to go with the profession opinion just curious.
I did these with my psychiatrist.
Hi there,
It is possible to have both, since symptoms can and do overlap. I’m going to share with a helpful comparison chart that shows the differences and similarities between the two.
Here is the link to the article: Link
I really hope you find this helpful. I wish you luck with your diagnostic process. Have a wonderful day/night. ❤️
Funny how my psychiatrist thinks I have BPD but the second he finds out in diagnosed with Autism he’s like, nahhhhh
Do you know anything about intrusive thoughts? For whatever reason in my head there’s voice that says ‘oh that guy is hot’ but then I immediately think ew, but I don’t think when that happens with girls.
That does happen to me sometimes, and the best I can do to make those thoughts go away is to always think “It’s okay to notice he’s attractive, that doesn’t mean I’m attracted to him” and to always remember how uncomfortable I am only by thinking of anything romantic or sexual with a guy.
I’m not sure if there’s a video about intrusive thoughts, but maybe you should check out the tag #tik toks because I post videos of a lot of lesbian issues and experiences from a lesbian tik toker.
Okay, thank you! That’s helpful
