@callie-spengler I want you to know that I choose to follow my grandfather's career path. I know that you don't think very highly of him for abandoning us, but I know that this is what I want. I understand that you may be concerned. I also want you to know that I am open to discussing your apprehension, if you want.

Pheobe, you got a long way ahead of you as to be already set on going your grandfathers path is,, alot to take in.

You've got so many options why... his? Is it because of the science? The job? Does it have to his path?

@callie-spengler I know it's a lot, but as I said before, I'm a Scientist. And I love science like he did. I would be doing it for the science as well as the job. Now, I know that I am only twelve, but this would challenge me in a way that I have strongly desired.

Also, I am really really good at it. The science! I mean, life after death? There's so much to explore and prove! Also, Think about it, if I had the job and wasn't just teaching myself, there would be income. We wouldn't be barely hanging on like we are currently..

Your grandfather was more dirt broke than we were while he did his last year's of his career path. If the look of this house isn't enough proof im sure you remember when we tried to sell it..

Look, I get you love science and you want a challenge but Phoebe you're still young, there's alot of other paths that involve science and death. I get you see yourself in him but I'd much rather you still think about it instead of jumping head frist into this plan of your whole life.

Your grandfather and I are still rocky and I dont hate him but Id not see you follow his footsteps in choices of what comes frist.

@callie-spengler Mom...I do remember trying to sell this house...and how it fell through. But...-sighs- never mind....I am going to at least further my training and maybe still get employed

Trainings fine, just stay safe and dont tire yourself out. Don't worry about getting employment as your 12 and I think their's laws for that. [smiles]

But in honesty we have enough money to least keep the house running for couple of weeks, hopefully long enough so we can keep up with that show you and your friend like.
