Our next event is going to be a HeiShin Reverse Big Bang!

If you’ve never heard of a Reverse Big Bang before, it’s a fan-event where artists sign up and create a piece of art. Then writers are paired with these artists who will write a fic based on that artwork: https://fanlore.org/wiki/Reverse_Bang

We will be requesting artists (traditional and/or digital art) make one art-piece and one banner, and writers will write a fanfic of at least >5k words. 

Here’s our tentative schedule: 

Artist sign-ups in September 2026

Writer sign-ups in November 2026

Pairings are announced by end of November 2026

Groups finish their works by early February 2027

Heishin from this au where they don't meet till later and by the time they do cone is physically too sickly to chase criminals and do the more physical aspects of sleuthing even though he really wants to 💔

Luckily he has one very passionate fan/rival whose lifes goal has been to collab with him hehehe they're both 20 here but shinichi is physically 10

shinichi's not even in his true self and is hiding behind conan and there's wat of him coming back and yet heiji actually makes him appear by their first meeting alone

shinichi of all people who barely open up to people, actually open up to heiji about his problems, and agasa (who knew shinichi as a child) calls heiji because he's his trusted friend (which is someone who doesn't have any deep connection to anyone)

and they have this weird sensing each other in danger thing going on and both having the same gunshot at their lower abdomen

Decided that Heiji independently got tangled with the BO around the same time that Shinichi did, so by the time they meet Heiji already knows about the BO and is an agent in it and his first mission was investigating Kudo Shinichi.

I mentioned it in another post but I'm giving AU!Heiji the little stud earring to differentiate him from canon!Heiji

Answering this strawpage on my art blog since I feel like people on here might want to know!

For regular commissions, I genuinely have no idea. Right now I'm transitioning out of doing art for money so after I get through the last 2 commissions on my waitlist (tumblr anon from my main blog + dre), I think I have to redo my commissions carrd to better reflect the things I'm willing to draw for clients.

On a different note though, I did want to try opening Wigglypaint commissions! So if that's something you're interested in I'll probably try that out in the beginning of June.
