This holiday season will the 3rd holiday season with out my Dad. I miss him like crazy and I would give anything just to see him and hug him one last time. Though I don't think the pain will ever go away, each day is a little easier than the day before. The holidays and birthdays seem to be the hardest. I still wait for a call or voicemail singing happy birthday to me or wishing me a merry Christmas. To everyone this holiday season, cherish and enjoy the time you get with your loved ones. 12 Bikini Body Guide

I’m not expect in anyone to read this as this is mainly for me to try and stay motivated. If others do read this, that a awesome and I hope this can help you be motivated as well.

This week I started Kayla Itsines 12 week bikini body workout. I’ve struggled a long time with my body and confidence. I’ve seen so many before and after pictures of this workout and they are inspiring. While I don’t want to be stuck thin, I know I can benefit from losing weight and becoming healthier.

I’m going to try and keep this blog updated with my progress of the workout program and talk about some issues and feelings.
