Terms of Service
General:
By commissioning me, Skitzo-Kero, you are agreeing to these terms.
I, Skitzo-Kero, have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
I, Skitzo-Kero, as the artist, maintain all rights to the completed artwork. Skizo has the rights to repost and use completed artworks as advertisements and examples in their portfolio.
Clients may repost commissioned work, but must credit Skitzo-Kero or the artist’s personal account as long as no profit is being made by the client. This means no selling the artwork on t-shirts/prints,merch unless Skitzo-Kero has given written permission.
Clients may sell commissioned work that is a character reference sheet or a custom design, if it is discussed with the artist first and is sold no higher than originally bought unless there is additional character art being sold with it.
Skitzo-Kero does not claim rights to any characters or other intellectual property used in the process of creating any artwork.
Ordering Artwork:
Quotes can be given at any time, please just give references and a detailed explanation of what you desire so the artist can give a proper quote.
A 20% non-refundable deposit will need to be placed before work will be started. Clients can work with the artist if a payment plan is needed.
Once the sketching phase is completed the client is entitled to one(1) major sketch change and two(2) minor ones. The Artist will clarify what changes will count as what when discussed.
Commissions are only accepted when the Commission Shop is “open”.
At minimum, a character reference is to be provided. The Artist will ask if others are needed.
If your commission includes characters belonging to other persons, please provide consent to the commission.
Payments and Returns:
20% of total art cost is non-refundable once paid as to cover initial planning and to secure commission slot.
Once the Sketch phase is complete, Clients will need to pay the remaining amount before the rest of the work will be completed (or sent, if it is a refined sketch).
Refunds are 80% of the total cost if no work has been completed.
Once payment has been fulfilled the artwork will be completed and sent via Client preferred method (asked upon order) and sent unwatermarked.
If a refund is requested after work has started, Skitzo-Kero will determine the amount based on how much work has been done.
All WIPs will be heavily watermarked until completion.
WIPs and Deadlines:
Skitzo-Kero usually does not accept artwork with deadlines. However, if accepted, the artist may include a rush fee depending on the time demanded.
WIPs will be sent periodically throughout the process (Refined Sketch, Lining, Flat colors, etc).
All completed pieces will be sent via the client’s preferred method (email or dms preferred) prior to posting on the Artist’s personal page.
Art can be completed anywhere from within a week to within a month depending on complexity and the Artist’s physical health/Real Life Issues.
All WIPs will be heavily watermarked until completion.
Other:
Skitzo-Kero will draw NSFW art, (Kinks, Heavy Gore, Certain Fetish Arts) however, commissions may be refused depending on the topic. Cub, NSFW Feral, Hateful Topics, anything underage, etc will NOT be accepted.
If the Client is ordering NSFW art the artist will ask for ID and possibly proof of ID. No NSFW WIPs or examples will be shown until age is confirmed.
Anyone believed to be underage will be blocked if they try to order NSFW.

First we have an npc for one of my dnd campaigns I run, Barley (the tabaxi/cat man) and his husband Liam!! They're so sweet and this was back waayyyy before the events of the campaign began. Barley has a weak immune system and is prone to passing out. Luckily his husband has some medical knowledge and is always there to rush to his side. Very much an image of Barley trying to play it off and be very cute.
Then we have Cinder!! My friend Aero and I were just vibing and I was mentioning some ideas and they let me design (with the potential to play him later on) him for a group they're working on. I love this sad old man!!!
And then1!! Rain world time. Scug time!!! This is my version of Rivulet!! For the life of me I kept wondering why Riv was designed the way they were and then, after looking up some creatures, it hit me that it's more than likely a case of evolutionary mimicry of the Aquapede! So I just pushed more into that! Yes Riv only has three fingers, they're more concerned about swimming and running that manipulating tools. Their neck sac is permeable with force and, as detailed, can hold small creatures! The sac is mostly intended for water but sometimes they just want to store a snack or friend. I also have their fins be inflatable! This is to help them quickly surface if there's a predator nearby!

I got to play some Jolly Co-op the other night with my much more experienced partner @anexor!! ^u^ I ended up being carried, literally, through most of it and this was the vibe after I had to drag an Artie corpse into a den after a Scav attack.
