It has come to our attention that our account has recently been mentioned by @footyspill and their followers amid swirling rumors suggesting that we’ve been paid by Richy himself or by WSA to run Calafiori Files purely as a means to protect and maintain a spotless public image for him. We want to address this directly and transparently, because clarity matters in a community built on passion and trust.

First and foremost, let us be absolutely clear, neither Richy nor WSA has ever paid us to operate this account. We run Calafiori Files out of genuine love and admiration for the player, driven by our own dedication as fans who have followed his journey through every high and low. That said, we are grateful to share that both Richy and those close to him do acknowledge our page and genuinely appreciate the way we handle it with respect, care, and a commitment to celebrating his story authentically.

Importantly, we have never been asked by Richy or WSA to act as their eyes and ears for gossip or rumors. Everything we do in that regard stems purely from our own initiative. Whenever something surfaces that could potentially tarnish his image or affect his peace, we take it upon ourselves to make sure he is informed, because we care deeply about his well-being both on and off the pitch.

A clear example of this happened during his time in Argentina. The rumors flying around were wild and relentless, and some individuals even bombarded our inbox with demands for his exact location, intentions that felt far from innocent. Concerned for Richy’s safety and that of his close male companion Andrea, we reached out to alert them both. Not long afterward, the two of them made the decision to fly out of BA. It was never about controlling narratives, it was simply about looking out for a player we admire, ensuring he could focus on what matters most without unnecessary distractions or risks.

On the topic of content sharing, we want to set the record straight there as well. WSA has occasionally sent us videos or other material directly via DM specifically for us to repost and share with our followers. As for the pictures from his trips to Argentina and Brazil, those were kindly shared by Andrea himself, who also kept us updated on their locations so we could stay connected with the journey.

Similarly, all the vacation pictures from Sardinia came through his friends. Not everything from those moments made it to the public eye, though, not because anything was explicit or inappropriate, but simply because some clips and photos were just way too funny and light-hearted. We couldn’t bring ourselves to post them, knowing full well that the fans would tease him about it for the rest of his career! Richy himself has read and engaged with her reviews, which is something we’re all proud of as a fan account.

As Rosé has openly shared in her sketches, she has crossed paths with him in person three times, but there has been no direct communication beyond that. Any interactions have remained through Instagram DMs, and if anything has developed further from there, that is entirely between them. It is not our place to speak on it, and we leave any further explanation to Rosé herself should she choose to share. But we truly believe she just simply sharing her detailed sketches and honest insights with him and nothing more than that.
