" I'm sorry I did that to you, but I'm grateful to still be able to call you my best friend. " Thea would never know how lucky she was to have married him. He was the type of husband that Frost longed for, but she had always remained faithful to Oliver no matter how badly he had hurt her.

" I need to ask you a favor, " she whispered. "If something happens to me, don't let Oliver raise my children. He hasn't tried to see them and they deserve a better father than what he's giving them. They didnt ask to be brought into this world...I actually wanted them. "

Frost swallowed hard and nearly dropped Ronnie's hand. She could feel death creeping up on her. She knew she was dying, but there was so much that he still needed to understand. " Serenity Rose and Zypher Snow. Serenity is the oldest by 45 minutes. Don't let her give you hell over that --- it's partially why I let you raise my first daughter. No competition over who's older and no competition over who's first in line for the throne. " Another decision that she regretted. Maybe some competition in life would have put Thomas in his place and he wouldn't have turned out to be the dangerous little shit that he was...

" I want Alivia to know the truth about who she is. Thomas is a little bastard and clearly doesn't deserve the throne, so I want his to rule when I'm g-gone. Had Oliver tried to see me it would have been him, but he's an asshole and if he thinks he can take over because he has the title... he's wrong. " Frost could feel tears forming in her eyes and no longer tried to fight them. This was hard, but he needed to know her wishes. The things she'd planned hadn't worked out so far, so maybe it was time to put her kingdom in a new direction to help everyone.

" One last thing, " she said in a whisper, " There's a chance that Serenity might be yours. I was a foolish idiot and tired of chasing after Oliver for the tiniest amount of attention and there you were in all your handsomeness a-and I just...I thought that if I could always have a little piece of you in my life that I would be alright. I love you, Ronnie Raymond. I know that you'll remember me as Caitlin long after everyone else has forgotten."

D.S. Thea blushed when Ronnie took her hand without even realizing it.  “  But we haven’t even eaten yet… ” she whispered.  It had been a long time since she’d had to go without food and the thought of being without a meal again sobered her up fairly quickly.  She was sure that they would eat later, but this brought back some memories that made her feel uncomfortable again. “ I just said what everyone was thinking.  I don’t think anybody in that room actually likes her.  She forced my brother into this whole sham of a marriage to save me, Felicity and my niece.  I like Felicity so much better.  She’s this shinning ray of light in a world with so much darkness and Frost is just…darkness herself and I’m pretty sure that no one would disagree with me unless the bitch is in the room while we’re talking about her. ”

She couldn’t help that she had the balls to say what nobody else could manage to say on their own.  “ You know.  Frost captured me and held me in her dungeon for a bit.  I had a cell right next to a woman that claimed to be her mom and she kept telling me that she met our family once at the country club because her daughter dated my brother — but my brother has dated so many people I couldn’t remember meeting her.  Being in the dungeon wasn’t so bad though.  It was a lot better than being on the street, but I guess that’s something that you’ve never experienced… ”

『 🔥 』        It’s true—no one would DARE say what Thea said aloud, but they were all thinking it. He isn’t sure who actually likes her, although his situation makes it a bit different. Okay, he doesn’t like the new person she’s become, but he still loves the woman he’d fallen in love with before the world went to shit. But no one knew that, ( no one that was alive, anyway ) and no one is allowed to know. Frost told him herself that she would not hesitate to toss him in the dungeon if he ever opened his mouth. He’s not sure if it’s a bluff or not, but he doesn’t want to find out. Besides, who knows what sort of uprisings would happen if this information got out.

       That being said, the moment Thea mentions a woman claiming to be Frost’s MOTHER, he feels a panic grow in his stomach. He didn’t know that THEA QUEEN had an encounter with Carla—Frost had apparently CONVENIENTLY forgotten to tell him that. Thankfully, though, the conversation shifts a little bit, and Thea starts talking about her life before all this.

" I don't think you have either. Frost prefers to keep me hidden. She's lucky that she's my brothers wife. I've been plotting ways to kill her since she stuffed me away in the dungeon, but I guess I can't do that now that she's my sister." Thea made a face as though the word 'sister' left a bad taste in her mouth, " I probably shouldn't have said that to her advisor, but you seem pretty cool. I bet we can throw a rock and find someone who wants to kill her more than I do."

And the castle was full of morons that would gladly pay to have Frost taken out, but Deathy probably already knew that. "You know what would piss her off? If we had sex in her room before she did on her honeymoon." Thea hadn't ever done that before, but she was willing to give herself to him just to see Frost be furious and not be able to do anything about it because of who he was.

"What do you say? We could even get drunk first if you think it'd help..."

Oliver The doctor looked Oliver as though she were studying his face for a few moments.  Since she could loose her job if she didn’t have proof that he was who he said he was (if the patient complained) the woman decided to pull out her iphone and typed Oliver Queen in the first search engine that popped up on her browser.  This man looked older, but his facial features here very similar to her patient and the man on the screen.  “  She’s resting now, but you can go sit with her.  She…uh.  She kept asking for your parents, so I want to do some follow up tests when shes awake. ” At this point the doctor started walking and motioned for Oliver to follow her.  “ She’s been my patient before, you know.  The last time she was in here, I treated her broken arm that she got in a fist fight at juvie.  Detective Lance brought her in after bailing her out.  He tried to keep her at his house for a while, but your sister has never really grown out of her 12 year old mentality.  She ran away and I ended up seeing her again last winter, when she almost died of pneumonia.  I tried to get social services involved, but their homes were all full, so I gave her the name of a woman’s shelter and I haven’t heard from her since.  She’s lucky to be alive and lucky that she came in for this accident because she had a nasty infection starting to set in on a cut on her back from only she knows what…”

Once they reached room 49, the doctor checked Thea’s chart to see if there was something that she had forgotten.  “ 3 broken ribs, sprained wrist, 17 staples in the back of her skull, scraped knees and palms…the boy that hit her was barely 12 himself.  He told me to apologize to you and your sister because she came out of nowhere so quickly that he couldn’t stop his bicycle.  I’ll let you visit with your sister for a while, then we’ll talk about getting your liveliness reinstated so that I can release her into your care when she’s able to go back home. ”

With the door to Thea’s room now open, the doctor could see that her patient was still awake.  She thought about running the tests, but she thought a reunion with her brother in an isolated area might be what they needed.  “ Miss Queen, you have a visitor… ”  the doctor stated. “ But I don’t want to go to school today, Raisa.  I want to stay home with you and momma. ”  Thea was clearly hyped up on medication when she made this statement, but she would much rather be back at the mansion with her mother and nanny, than anywhere that she had been during the past five years.  “ Or maybe we can talk Ollie into taking me to the zoo if I ask Caitlin to come with us.  Doesn’t want to be with anyone other than her anymore… ” The teenager mumbled her last conversation with their nanny on the day before the Gambit sank.  The medicine had put her young mind in an alternate reality, but this was a time that she visited quite often in her normal state.  “ Raisa…go tell momma I don’t feel so good…tell her my tummy really does hurt… ” @greenmartyrdom​ 

       As the doctor explains everything that Thea has been through all these years that Oliver has been dead away, the older brother can only feel the biggest pang of guilt forming within his stomach. This is not what he wanted for his sister, and his optimism about her being all right while he was on the island is  completely shattered. Juvie? Pneumonia? Nasty infection? None of these are what he envisioned while he was gone—the things he thought about to keep himself sane as he worked his way to finding a way back home.

       At the mention of the boy wanting to apologize, Oliver is brought back to reality and he shakes his head in response. “He doesn’t have to apologize—it was no one’s fault.”

       He sees the room 49 that she is in, and he glances through the small window on the door. The doctor explains they can deal with everything after he visits his sister, which he is grateful for. All he wants now is to see his baby sister, and let her know that she’s not alone anymore.

       When they walked in, he is greeted with even more bitter truth as Thea is mumbling to herself, not focused on anything that is happening right now. He walks up to her, barely recognizing the young woman she was becoming. Oliver can’t believe he lost being there for those important years of her life…

Thea looked over at the man beside her when he said her name and honestly didn't recognize him. His voice sounded like Ollie's and those eyes definitely looked like Ollie's, but her brother didn't have a beard. " Tell me something only my Ollie would know... " Because she wanted to believe him. She wanted to have her big brother back home, but after 5 years of being on her own the young girl was quite skeptical of him.

" Oh Thea! I came as soon as I heard you were here! " A familiar brunette rushed into the room beside her, " I've been looking for you since I moved out of my dorm! Ronnie said you can come live with us! When you're out of here you have a home! "

Caitlin hugged the girl as gently as possible. She loved her dead boyfriend's sister like she were her own, but she hadn't been able to afford her own place until she and Ronnie decided to move in together. "God...I said I wasn't going to cry..." She said and wiped her eyes on the sleeve of her white doctors coat, "I am going to take care of you now, kiddo. You and me and Ronnie are going to make quite the team."

“You’re so tense,” She whispered as they exited the room.  “ You’re worried about the baby aren’t you?  Well don’t be.  Carla know’s what she is doing --- She was there for Thomas after all. ” The ice queen took a step forward and pressed her cold lips against his cheek.  “ Oh I’m so happy, Oliver. ”

Felicity moaned in pain while Oliver ordered the medication to be brought to her.  Frost was a terrible nasty person and she was going to make sure that her daughter was taken care of before the rotten demon child that was inside her came out into the world.  “ Ollie...I-I still love you. ” She loved HW, but her love for Oliver never really died when Frost stole him from her.  She was pretty sure that Frost knew that because of all the nights that she’d spent with him --- but she wanted to make sure that he knew that before something bad happened to her.

“ But I-I need you to take care of HW for me if something ha-happens...”

Just then, the room began to grow cold.  Carla entered first, followed by a girl who was younger than Sophie and then Frost.  “ Still no child?  You really are useless, aren’t you? ” The Ice Queen made her way to the stool in front of Felicity’s bed and lifted the blanket to get a better idea of how long it was going to be.  “ We’re going to give you something to speed this up.  I’m getting bored and my guests and my guests downstairs are anxious to see our new child.  Darling, can I see you for a minute?  It’s rather urgent, but it will only take a moment.” 

Carla, who had stayed out of eyesight had held up the medication that Oliver required her to bring and pointed to her assistant while mouthing that the girl was his sister.  She knew that Frost loved Oliver, but their relationship would never be half of what he had with Caitlin until he knew the truth about everything that she had been working hard to hide from him this whole time.
