This is Milo J, young argentinian singer spearheading the argentinian folklore renaissance.
Argentinian folklore is a type of traditional music that has a lot of indigenous prehispanic + colonial spain heritage. It was related to ''canciones de protesta'' from the 60s (Mercedes Sosa being one of its main pioneers). Argentinian folklore belongs to the provinces and is part of the country that's usually not shown, not exported, since it breaks the illusion of 'pseudo european' the upper classes want to show.
Here's Milo J, only 19, who is bringing back these tunes to the younger generations.
