Maybe it's hard to accept that everything we worked hard for meant nothing in the end. Maybe everything isn't meant for us. We may find ourselves wondering what went wrong. But maybe it's even harder to be stuck longing for something that's happened, something we couldn't change.

It may be hard to accept, but it will pass. Time will pass without you noticing, and it'll gradually become lighter, even brighter.

We can't always run from losing; it's part of life. It's scary to admit, but loss might be chasing us, always lurking. Perhaps the real loss is when we let ourselves be consumed by the fear of it. Maybe looking at it from a different perspective can change how we see it.

Losing something you trained for, worked hard for, and practiced for months or even years isn't easy to get over. And it's valid to feel that way – it's not something to hide from others. If you're really hurting, that's okay. In order to heal, one must confront and feel the pain.
