I figured there was a connection between sickness and inspiration, somewhat similar to what a Taoist might say. My body remains in Yin, but my head is in Yang. This is my second time being ill in the last two months, which is not a good record so far (although a short one), and I'm hoping I can take a long break from my couch. I suffer without something close to fresh air.
Last time I was ill, I didn't get any inspiration for the most part. My mind was elsewhere, with plans I had already been considering; about what I'd be preoccupying my time doing after I got better. There wasn't any room for inspiration. I was still rolling off the fumes from before I got hit. Not this time. I haven't been able to think, and that is exactly what will do the trick. When you can' t think, and honestly don't have much you care to think about to begin with, then that breath of fresh air your brain receives after days of asphyxiating migraines becomes an inspiration tank.
This is were the climax arrives: Strange enough, not really much changes. Everyone else you haven't really seen in a few days went along on their way doing whatever they do as people. For you family, the same story. The world likely got into trouble, but it does so everyday. Everything was the same before and after, including yourself. All that changes is an appreciation to act. I think that might be where inspiration originates; realizing that you can do something.
