I don't know if I would say that they are friends, but I can say that they don't dislike each other, Riddle quite tolerates Cater and Cater tolerates Riddle, although sometimes he can't stand having him around for too long. Anyway, Cater kind of keeps Riddle sane

They are roommates here too because Ace made a fuss just so he wouldn't separate him from Deuce hehe. Their routines are basically, waking up, eating, trying to escape and avoid other patients, and escaping from therapy. :3
