Throw Them to The Lions - Baseball Furies

This record is incredibly 2009. It would be right at home in the live action Scott Pilgrim movie and I think thats awesome, however it falls into a trap a whole lot of garage rock does where the songs kind of blend together and none of them particularly stick out. Interestingly, both records I have from 2009 are clear.

Im not super big on screamo vocals, but I really like the guitar work usually. I don't have a whole lot here, its a decent album but not really my thing. What makes me really curious here is that its from germany, but in English. I'll have to look into whether thats a thing for only this band, or a trend in modern german music.
