Little by Little with Love

This is one of my favourite moments in Harry Potter because it replicates that time In our lives when we don't believe in ourselves enough to think we can be extraordinary. This is harry not believing in himself and his own abilities. This is raw and honest and this, this is why I love Harry Potter xoxo

I know everyone is saying Scorbus is a clear thing in cursed child but tbh I don't see it. If it were two girls who hugged or said they'd always be friends or were hurt when they were separated then everyone would just assume that it's because they are best friends. If I were separated from my best friend I would be heartbroken that doesn't mean I'm in love with her. Scorpius and albus both feel like the other is the only person in the world who understands them so of course they are remarkably close they need each other in hogwarts. That doesn't mean they love each other it just means that they lean on each other and it's slightly annoying me that people are saying the book is homophobic because it doesn't have a gay couple in it. It is made clear throughout that both boys are interested in girls and it is only the stereotypes of what a male friendship should be that are making this friendship seem any different

9 years ago today I finished reading the final Harry Potter book at the age of 10- in 3 days time I will be picking up the next Harry Potter story at the age of 19 I once more feel like a ten year old bursting with excitement to know more of the world she grew up in
