i was sick today, so i made some beef broth from the cardboard package i keep in the pantry, but it tasted so horribly bland so i put in some salt. for some reason the packaged beef broth didn't taste like beef, so i used one of those (2 years expired) beef cubes that i have for some reason. anyways it finally tasted like beef but the salt didn't mix in well, so when i got to the bottom of the cup of broth i got a mouthful of very salty broth.

anyways don't make broth how i just did.

Honestly, that’s pretty relatable. Fast meals had been what I lived on while I was a teacher, and there were always those days where it just fails. Especially with the ramens or broths, sometimes they were just so badly made, and nothing works out.

No promises that I won’t make that mistake, but I’ll try not to.

I’m doing alright. A bit tired, I guess. How are you?
