Taranee looked her up and down, and tilted her head. "By the way, nice threads. I like your style. It reminds me of a friend back home I have. She always designed interesting things to wear like your outfit."

Raine quietly nodded towards the girl, surprised by her strange questions she decided to answer the best way she could. “Well… Ah… What do you mean by where is here?” She let out a tiny sigh, not understanding the first part of the question. “And those other things… Yeah we.. Have them?” The more Raine looked into the statement the more she became confused.
"I know of a few clothing shops there so once we arrive I can take you there. Ah… Do you have any gald? If not I can pay for you I suppose." The blacksmith tapped her own chin as she spoke, wondering how someone could get so lost.
"Well... Ah... What do you mean by where is here?" Taranee watched as the girl sighed, clearly confused. She felt terrible.
"Those other things... Yea we... have them?" Raine's voice pitched up as if she were both confused and insulted. Taranee sighed, relieved. "I know of a few clothing shops there so once we arrive I can take you there."
"Good. I need to charge my cell phone and see if I can get some service. I'm so glad you all have technology!" Plus, new clothes meant cleanliness, something Taranee looked forward to.
"...Do you have any gald?"
Taranee scowled. "What's gald? Is that like dollars? Er... currency?" she chanced. Surely this world was no different than her own Earth. "I... I have five dollars?" Taranee shrugged her shoulders. "Will that work?"

"You’re right. These flowers do seem to grow every year don’t they?" She couldn’t argue with that statement, It was indeed true that even though the flowers would die. Eventually they would come back.
"So what’s your name? Mine is Raine." The woman gave her a welcome smile. A slight yawn escaping her. "Did you come to look at the flowers? They are really bright this year aren’t they?"
Tarane smiled, gently running her hand through the blooms. They shifted, moving with her, and bounced back into place, swaying among the breeze.
"My name's Taranee," she chirped, a gentle smile on her lips. Her nose had calmed down ,the familiar tingle leaving for the moment. "I did come for the flowers. I wanted to get some for my room, but now... they just look so vibrant that I don't want to take away from anyone enjoying them."

Open//Flowers of the Past
Carefully placing the flower down Raine glanced back towards the source of the voice. A soft expression was offered towards the girl as she gave a slight chuckle. “You might just be right.” She said while brushing herself off and standing up.
"Sorry that you had to hear that, I guess they just bring back sour memories. But never mind that, are YOU alright? I heard coughing and sneezing so I’m guessing that was you?" She gave a slight frown, concerned for the other girl as she approached.
"It’s a lovely view but if you don’t feel well you may want to rest. Or maybe you are allergic to something?"
"I like to think I am," Taranee answered, as she crested the hill. She quickly settled in next to the girl, sniffling.
"Sorry you had to hear that, I guess they just bring back sour memories." Taranee could understand that: she had her troubles too. "But never mind that, are YOU alright? I heard coughing and sneezing so I'm guessing that was you?" The girl's thin lips titled downward, clearly upset.
Taranee sniffled in affirmation. "Heh, yep, that's me! I'm just a bit allergic. Don't worry though: I'm sure it'll fade. Few things are forever," she smiled, sighing as she looked about the flowers.
"Even these will pass, but then a year from now, they'll return."

Sitting atop a small hill surrounded by a variety of blooming flowers the blacksmith let out a tiny sigh, within the her fingertips lay an azalea flower.
"I don’t understand why people love flowers so much…"
Rotating the flower it’s pale pink petals wobbled from the breeze. Such a fragile image reminded her of a human life. Once it wilts away it can never come back.
"They may be beautiful but they all die."
Taranee sniffled and coughed, hacking into another napkin.
She hated pollen. Despite her love of fauna, pollen always got to her, tickling her nose, itching her throat, and burning her mouth with constant urges to hack and cough. Yet she had made her way up to the top of a hil l coated in bright pink blooms, entranced by their slight sway, brought on by the wind.
"...they may be beautiful but they all die." The voice, soft and pensive, caught her ear. Taranee looked about the flowers, heart lifting. They were small, yet meaningful joys, even if temporary.
"But..." she said, voice soft. "But they can make you happen. It's a small happiness: it doesn't have to last forever, because it's a cycle." To her it sounded silly and whimsical, but to the stranger... who knew?

"Earth..?" Raine blinked a few times, the tern didn’t strike her as familiar. Not one bit, in fact she slowly grew curious. Was this a far away land that perhaps was unheard of?
"Is that a city name? I never head of it before." The brunette gave a slight smile before placing her hands down upon her lap, Raine wanted to learn about this land but was afraid to ask too many questions.
"I hope I’m not intruding. To be honest I’m always wanting to visit new places I never heard of in hopes of making cash."
Giving a chuckle she shook her head. “Either way what do you plan on doing once you get to Meltokio? You appear to be… Very lost so if you want to tag along with me until you find your way I’d be glad to help.”
Taranee blinked quickly, fidgeting with the ties on her hoodie. "It's um... it's a far away place." As in completely in another universe far away. "Lost is a good way to put what I am," she said, laughing nervously before relaxing against the wagon side. She was more than lost: displaced wouldn't even be a good substitute for what she was at the moment.
"Well, first, I'd like to change, if you can help me find some new clothes. Ah, and some food and a place to stay. Also, where is here? Are there jobs? Schools?...Electricity?" Running water?

"I'd love some help. Rather, I'd love to see your homeland." Taranee smiled, shivering slightly. "It is a bit... cold."
