We are living through a harsh reality that no language can fully describe. Even though we ask for financial help to survive, what we feel from this community goes far beyond money. We feel that there are people who believe in the justice of our cause, hear our voices, and see our suffering.

I deeply appreciate everyone supporting Gaza families, but I hope that influential bloggers ✨🌟 who adopt certain campaigns remember that many other families are living under similar devastating conditions. Most of these campaigns represent real families struggling just to survive.

As many of you know, I have been working for over two years to share my family’s campaign and raise awareness.

My father is seriously ill and needs urgent treatment and care. My family struggles to meet even the most basic needs, and I spend long hours every day sharing the campaign and asking for support, often at the expense of my studies, especially as education is now difficult with schools inside tents and limited internet access. Most of my recent posts have focused on my father’s situation, because it is urgent and close to our hearts.

Every morning, I wore my white coat and went to the lab—at Al-Shifa, Al-Rantisi, and Al-Awda hospitals—to help diagnose diseases and save lives. 🔬 My world was defined by the precision of a microscope and the life-saving results of ELISA machines. 🩺

But war changes everything. 💔

Today, my professional journey has been forced to a halt. The laboratories where I worked are destroyed or closed, and the hospitals are overwhelmed. 🏥 Instead of analyzing blood samples to help doctors understand a patient’s body, I am now struggling to understand how to keep my own family alive. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

My reality has shifted from the lab to the displacement tents: 💧 Instead of diagnostic results, I am searching for a single drop of clean water for 19 family members. ❄️ Instead of monitoring biochemical levels, I am monitoring my children’s and elderly parents' ability to endure freezing cold and hunger. 🏚️ Instead of saving patients, I am now the sole provider for 7 families who have lost their homes and everything they owned.

tehran is already a notoriously polluted city, it was a common experience as a child to have to spend days indoors with my elders because the air quality was so bad. some days i would stay out too long and develop a crawling sensation, like a spider climbing up my throat.
