Tavern ‚At The Burning Arse’

Reuploading this one bc two days ago I finally made it look exactly the way I saw it in my head from the beginning. Unfortunately I still haven't learned to wait at least a day before uploading anything (in this particular case 6 months).

while i was speedruning through stormlight archive for the first time all of this nohadon being dalinar’s blorbo stuff really reminded me of that other guy… well you know the guy who wrote that one super popular self insert fic.

so here we have a partial redrawing of Dante And Virgil In Hell 1850. Paint by William-Adolphe Bouguereau.

this all started as a silly idea to make a quick stormlight archive themed master study, something i could pull in 2-3 days max. of course in a process i decided to make it a full piece and it took me approximately 2 weeks to finish 💀.
