In the second one, Odysseus is their target. This gave me a good bit of relief. While the original show didn't shy away from topical jokes, it never overdid them. Part of the fun absurdity of the show was that the Warners could transcend reality and aim their highjinks at literally anyone, real or fictional, past or present. There's an episode where they annoy Beethoven and another with Einstein. And then there's a parody of Bergman's The Seventh Seal (one of the gloomiest old movies ever) where they play games with a Swedish-accented Death. As one does when visiting Sweden for a meatball festival.
