I have three notebooks the one on the left is where I put all my plushies information(resident book) down so kinda like a more indepth birth certificate. the one on the right is drafts for ideas, stories, character development that's happened. The one in the middle is new but that's where non drafts go and where the plushies apart of the main cast will have more in depth intros. I do have a town map for them in the spiral bound notebook and in the middle one but that's a story for another day ^.^

I also keep a spreadsheet in case something happens to either notebooks, this Is all the information on each plush so date of birth, last name, occupation, hobbies ect etc

Last but certainly not least is i make pintrest boards for them it mostly for fun but it really helps me get a clear vision of what there personality is like and what the world they live in looks like through there eyes. I use piccrew character makers sometimes as well but the moodboards are my main go to.
