When I, as an adult, talk to younger people, I immediately feel and think like them. Isn't that also a form of regression? I like to share my experiences with others, regardless of their age. Because for me personally, regression is a safe place, completely independent of age.

Hi, do you also have a small veggie garden or a few pots of herbs or tomatoes? It’s so nice when you can harvest them. They all taste so great. I love my first little cucumbers, which I was already able to harvest yesterday.

Hey guys, when was the last time you played outside? Not alone, no, with friends. It's fun, give it a try. It's summer, get outside more often.

You know, personally, I don’t believe in limiting things like pacifiers, bottles, and the like—typical baby gear—to a specific age. I feel that if someone regresses to a younger age—no matter which one—they should simply be allowed to use those items whenever they feel like it. I think the more we learn about age regression, the better we understand that it’s really about that cozy, soothing feeling—and not necessarily about the specific things that trigger it. So, whether you practice age regression or deal with ADHD or anxiety: if these things help you calm down, go ahead and use them.
