We know that sans is originally from deltarune due to the card that susie draws for him. And we see him bleed at the end of a undertale genocide run. Since we see another monster from the same universe bleed we can confirm that susie bleeding is not a strange thing for deltarune monsters to do. This seems to be the case due to the fact that there is no (confirmed) Magic, in the light world. In undertale since the monsters were made of magic they could just survive without having any normal biology needed for a living being. But they cant do that in deltarune because theres no Magic. So all deltarune monsters bleed and the biggest peice of evidence for "half human susie" theory is gone.

The pens in this episode are foreshadowing for the hana episode. 😭
