I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. It has now been two days without food in the camp, and there is nothing left to eat. Many of us are going to sleep hungry, weak, and worried about what tomorrow will bring.

Life here is already very difficult, and when food runs out, everything becomes harder our health, our strength, and our hope. We are doing our best to survive, but right now we truly need help.

We need 160$ to help us pass this few days, Any support for food, no matter how small, would make a real difference. Even a little can help us get through these days and regain some strength. If you’re unable to give, please consider sharing this message so it can reach someone who might be able to help.

I hope you are doing well. I'm reaching out because I need to talk to you about our situation here. As you know, we are a group of queer refugees in South Sudan, and things have become very difficult lately.

We have several lesbian women and children with us who are struggling to get by. Right now, we are completely on our own without any official support. We are running out of food and access to clean drinking water is a daily challenge.

Additionally, the women and teenage girls are in desperate need of basic sanitary pads. It’s a necessity we simply cannot afford right now.

Living openly as transgender here is dangerous and exhausting. Pride is not a celebration for us, it is a reminder of how unsafe and unseen we are. We face discrimination, fear, and daily hardship, yet we continue to exist with courage.
