I still look back at her when I park. If you understand you're my person
I bought my Ecoboost Mustang to autocross with and I did . My intentions were to have a street/track car which I did successfully. But life gets in the way and this change so I haven't autocrossed for a few years now. But I did have a pull against this 5.0 and was pleasantly surprised. Stoplight to stoplight the Ecoboost pulls on the 5.0. Got me thinking, Florida roads are so boringly straight, if I'm not going to track it why not street/strip? It is more inline as to where I want to take the car anyway. Time to start planning...
Almost 7 years old and I still love this car. The thing is, it's getting harder to get it and crawl out of this thing. So I'm thinking a more old school approach. Get rid of the front lowering springs and fill the gap with bigger tires. Something with more sidewall and not so low profile. A rallyesque type of build.
I really need to get back to the track.

I messed up. My goal when I bought this was to go old school. One car to do it all ( autocross, commute, daily driven, grocery getter, road trips, etc) without changing a thing. An old school run what you brung build. I did it at first and then I started winning my class. Then I had people chasing me and I had to stay on top. I made changes to help me win and lost sight of my goal. I kept winning for 5 years and then poof... Burn out. Time to make her mine again!!!
