New cam + lens from #carousell I’ve been using Panasonic GF1 since 2010. It’s been a good 8 years and I just sold the pancake lens last week. So left with the KIT lens only. I’m currently helping Dino and Adam to shoot the guitar video at Heirlooms Music (my guitar school). So I Guess it’s about time to upgrade my camera. Quite short of money, so I’m going for a second hand. Was thinking between Sony A6500 and Sony A6300. And I ended up with A6300 since it’s cheaper and has very similar spec. The camera is just 2 months old. So can call it almost brand new. Have to shoot the video on Saturday, 14/07/2018. So it’s quite last minute decision to buy from Carousell. 13/07/2018 Sony Zeiss 16-70mm lens $750 Friday night after work, I decided to buy the A6300. Took train / bus to Tampines Street 84 to meet the seller. I took a wrong bus which waste quite a while. The lens bought in 2016 (2 years) but still in good condition. 14/07/2018 Sony A6300 + 64GB SD card $970 Early morning, I took a train to the other side of singapore again. It’s Admiralty MRT this time. The seller bought camera 2 months ago. It still looks brand new. It comes with 2x batteries, original box, receipt, Sony cam bag. And he give $20 for 64GB SD card. Total price $970 from $950. Pretty good deal. I hope there is nothing wrong with the camera. Rush back to take guitar lesson and shoot the video after. I think the camera is nice but the video that comes out not really fantastic. Might need a better lens? Anyway, more HD videos to come :)
