I like to think that Paul is like. The eye of the storm of Hatchetfield. Somehow heβs important and integral to the weirdness but completely separate from it. Like everyone else in Hatchetfield has at least one story growing up of something unnerving and strange and Paulβs just like π I delivered paperβs as a boy.

Without beards
They shed their baby beards to make room for their adult beards. Like with baby teeth.
Babies shouldn't have beards. Because the mother dwarf is having a hard enough time already without having to deal with sandpaper scratching up her birth canal.
WIP of the silly

The Romans literlaly stole half of their pantheon from the Greeks. That's why it's a "split personality." Find things that matter to bitch about, you whiny fucking dick.
First of all, good morning to you too. It'd be good if you tried to say this in a more nicely rather than straight up insulting me for no appearant reason. Or at least being brave enough to send it unanonimously.
I don't know what post on mine you might be talking about, but let me tell your... you are wrong.
Don't worry, I don't judge you, we all went through the Romans are just Greek copy paste phase. :) I will just give you this quick historical lecture.
Romans had and still had their own gods before they syncretized them with the Greeks, and even then, they were very different.
I'd like to start with the fact that each pantheon's gods have different roots. Most Greek gods have Mycenean roots, while Roman gods might have Etruscan or Sabine ones, or whatever.
Clearest example here are Mars and Ares: unlike Ares, Mars was a really one of if not the MOST beloved god in his land, and he wasn't just a god of war: he was also associated with vegetation and forests and stuff. Ares is just the very personification of war.
Even in mythology, they're different. An example I can give is how Ares and Athena hate each other, or are rivals, while Mars literally tries to marry Minerva.
Minerva is also a good example. Even if in her origins, she had similar domains to Athena, she wasn't as important as her. She was just a minor goddess.
She'd later become more popular, but even after that, the functions of Athena were done by other gods in the Roman pantheon. God of protection? Mostly Jupiter. God of war? Obviously, Mars. Minerva was more a goddess of artesans than anything else, and also the matron of professions like teachers or physicians. (This during the Republic. During the Empire, when the Romans conquered Greece, it changed. Again, because of syncretizm).
Romans also had gods with no Greek equivalent, like Janus or Quirinus.
We have to remember these are two diffierent cultures, with different values/morality, religion, time and place and not just some sorta China copy. It's important for me that y'all know that.
Not to mention D.I.D is a serious topic which your favorite god Rick Riordan, patron of uneducated children, horribly mishandled.
So, are you sure I'm being the whiny one here?
Seriously, look at Minerva, the Roman goddess of wisdom, and tell me she has nothing in common with Menrva, the Etruscan goddess of wisdom
vibe i've been curating in class recently
