okay but my ongoing theory is that all the girls die in the adult timeline and shauna is the last one, at the very at the last episode of the show. and all the other yellowjackets are already dead. and shaunas the last one to go. and i just have a vision of it. and how before jackie died she invisioned the others apologizing and before nat died she saw javi, lottie and her younger self in the plane. and shauna's going to have her vision. and it's gonna be jackie standing with her baby, and they're both waving to her, sort of in the same way the baby was waving to shauna in the hallucination in the caves, but this time shauna can get to them. because this time she's finally free of what happened to them and she is able to find peace. and then the screen goes black. and the show is over. and thats the end of the yellowjackets.

this episode of yellowjackets was the first time i was actually scared. the birders walking into the girls when they’re so so vulnerable almost made me cry. they’re screaming and they’re dancing and they’re free and the hikers just walk into that. i was lying in bed and couldn’t stop thinking that a stranger could walk into my room at any moment and i’d feel the same way. my heart would drop the same way it did when i saw that man in the woods. it scared me so badly i couldn’t sleep. ben’s HEAD was on display and the moment was theirs and intimate and the birders bursted their bubble. their bubble they’ve grown so comfortable in. it’s broken. oh my god. that’s so tragic, it’s broken!!!! everything they’ve build has fallen into pieces because of a man looking for a bird
