its easy to forget being tactile is a part of intellect, and magnus still is quite smart about what they do in combat. they have enough visual calculus to recognize lineups between dashes, and i assume that most of their smarts are in 'street smarts' so to speak. they're well aware of what to do in the alleys, but logistics and the like are where they completely fall off.
it'd be disingenuous to call them dumb, they just keep their logic and rationale relative to suit their needs.
it really is uncountable how many cats are now some genetic replica or derivative of stacy, both in boon county, and the rest of the world. there had to be some strays that got on a boat, to the point where stacy is now its own breed in some combination of genetic makeup. the rest of the world might be hesitant to even classify such a thing, but, you know beanies would be on top of it.

an interaction i'd wish to see at some point: a cat with eternal youth is treated as an ally for maisie, whilst retaining player control. incredibly niche, but considering that they're kittens for all intents and purposes, and regular kittens also don't get this .. i think it'd be fitting! a little easter egg that won't affect pretty much any normal run.
for someone who skulks around a lot, fenrir is sometimes outright clumsy, even when they don't realize it. someone who is so delicate to track their steps may not recognize the wire right in front of them. sounds like a proverb, but its way more true-to-life for fenrir. a victim of their own superstition.
maybe, and just maybe, less bear traps would suit them?

lucy wants to do scribe-work to make her spells easier to cast, but she can't necessarily find the paper or the ink to scrawl it down on. no, wet tissue paper from the trash doesn't count, and the alleyways have little graphite sitting around them. perhaps, she'll one day find an intact pencil.
i think it should be known that chan hung isn't bald, but he certainly could be bald and it wouldn't change a lot about him. he's just got short, smooth fur.
he could have any amount of hair, really. he's not an ascetic to the likes of draven, but grooming the fur straight is more important than having it at all.

i'm wondering where the 'taser paws' and 'switchblade claws' come in for c-800 specifically. it never seems to use either of the sort, those are closer adjacency to c-1000 .. which i guess is related to??

if we judge the cats with quadrupedal being the default; chan hung is the clear winner when it comes to walking on two legs, with magnus being a surprising second place (mostly because they had the most hindleg strength to awkwardly teeter balance on).
