Summary: Bucky takes his girl out for a picnic and a walk (or ride) around Coney Island.

It was a gorgeous, sunny and warm day. The smell of cut lawns invades your senses. The distinctive sounds of children giggling and dogs barking rang through your ears. You could imagine how it all looked. The smiles on the children's faces, how bright the flowers blossomed in spring.

Bucky had taken you to Central Park for a picnic under a large oak tree and cuddled you.

You could imagine the love in his eyes and the smile on his beautiful plump lips as he watched you soak the air in.

That's all you could do, imagine. You lost your sight completely by the time you were a teenager. Dating was difficult and you relied heavily on your intuition and senses.

You met Bucky a little over 8 months ago at some book café. And ever since he met you, he has been extremely overprotective of you. At first, you found it endearing but you had to keep reminding him you could take care of yourself. It was hard for Bucky to take a step back, but he loved you and the last thing he wanted to do was drown you.

You'll never be able to see what your man looks like. But you have felt his rather impressive muscles many times. His shoulder length hair, his fluffy beard. You loved the feel of his beard when you kissed him and you never wanted to stop kissing him.

It was your idea to go to Coney Island in the evening. You've always wanted to go, to lose yourself in the atmosphere. Bucky had agreed of course, it was impossible for him to say no to you.

As the two of you entered the attraction, Bucky kneeled down in front of you. A giggle surpassed your lips as you wrapped your arms and legs around him. His forearms taking the weight of your legs, stopping now and then to readjust you on his back.

The sounds of to the rollercoaster on the rail made you grin with excitement. The rushed screams of the passengers as they descended the steep drop. Jolly music playing from the ferris wheel and as Bucky walked, the music got louder.

The sight in front of you was pure darkness, but the laughter and happiness surrounding you made you feel like you could see everything so clearly.

You felt blessed and so happy in this moment of time. You kissed Bucky's cheek.

"I love you Bucky." You said in his ear. The fanning of your breath sent a shiver down his spine.

Bucky dropped you to your feet gently and spun around. He cupped your cheek and stroked your soft skin with this thumb.

"I love you too Y/N. So much and I'm always gonna protect you in this big wide world." He smiled and leaned down to capture your lips with his.

Summary: being stuck in quarantine with Bucky seemed liked a nice idea, until he makes the suggestion the two of you could have sex since he has a lot to learn since the 1940s anyway.

"What do you wanna do, doll?" Bucky huffed, throwing his candy bar in the air and catching it again.

"Buck. You asked me just 5 minutes ago - I didn't know what to do then, I don't know what to do now." You sighed, tired and frustrated with boredom.

This was your eighth week of lockdown. No missions, no shopping, no more going to the movie theater and going to the club was out of the question. Tony had locked down the entire compound, avengers were free to walk around if they kept the social distance requirement and you were allowed just an hour outside for fresh air.

Sounds familiar? Yeah, it felt like fucking jail and you hated it. 2020 was turning out to be a bitch on PMS.

"Well... Maybe... We... You and I... Could uh, have some great fucking sex?" Bucky suggested as his fingers danced along the inside of your exposed thighs.

You smirked with delight as you watched his facial expression change with emotions you couldn't figure out. His lips were parted as his long slender fingers dipped inside your shorts. His index finger sliding through your already wet folds.

"So wet." He gasped.

"I like your suggestion Buck. It'll pass some time at least." You grinned, sliding your shorts down your legs and letting your thighs fall open.

Bucky lays down on his hard rock belly, his face inches away from your dripping core.

"Yes and besides. I have a lot to catch up on since the good ole days" he winked and licked from your entrance up to your soft clit, moaning at how delicious you taste on his tongue.

Bucky huffed and growled as he searched high and low through the pantry looking for his chocolate he knew were here somewhere. They were his secret stash and nobody besides...

Wait.

He remembers he told you one night where his stash was hidden, just because he was feeling too lazy to get up off the couch and get them himself. But you wouldn’t do that, would you?

Bucky hums and scratches his beard as he thinks. When he thinks about it, you have seem to be avoiding him a lot lately. He turns on his heels and stalks towards your room down the hall. Bucky doesn’t bother knocking, he just barges in your bedroom with his hands on his hips, and there you were, chocolate smudged over your lips and chin and you finished the bar off.

“Is that my chocolate?” He asks like he doesn’t already know. 

“No?” You lie, pursing your lips. 

“Doll, I don’t mind sharing my stuff with you and JUST you. But you could have warned me! I was just about to beat the shit out of bird flu for stealing my stash.” 

“I’m sorry. You just have such great taste in this and- I saved you some.” You held the little bit of chocolate that was left and Bucky squinted to see it properly. Just one square of his expensive chocolate remained.

From the short distance, you could hear Bucky’s heart pounding in his chest. His heart was a resemblance of his life, something you were very grateful for knowing full well Hydra would have eventually killed him when they no longer needed him. Thank Steve for sticking with his mission to find Bucky. Thank Shuri and T’challa for their patience and willingness to help him recover. 

You’ve only been dating Bucky officially for about a month and things were still a bit awkward because Bucky wasn’t a fan of PDA so he would frequently reject your kisses in front of the team, but if you were alone he would peck you on the lips with no issues. 

You’ve been so patient and understand this is his first relationship since probably the late 1930′s. Sure he had lots of dates, but none of the dames were his girlfriend. So the last thing you wanted to do was push Bucky too quickly, you wanted the relationship to run at his speed, which was currently at a snail pace. But you didn’t mind, as Bucky said; “we have all the time in the world, doll.” 

Bucky on the other hand had a hard time displaying his affections towards you. He loves you and he probably has since the second he saw you. You were his doll, his girl, his baby, his sweetheart. The pet-names he used would cause you to blush uncontrollably, and Bucky loved it. He just found it awkward kissing you in front of his friends and teammates because of the look they’d give him. Bucky came with a lot of insecurities, he felt often he wasn’t good enough for you, but to you; he was your king and you were his queen.

“I just. I love it.” You were at a loss for words and you still were an hour later as your fingers raked through Bucky’s shorter hair and beard. The stubble burned against your pads and you could just imagine the burn of it on your thighs. “I know baby. You’ve been stroking me like a cat the last hour.” He mused, sipping his whiskey and watched you with great interest. His hair peeked through your fingers and you created a mohawk style. “And this beard, oh. my. god.” you pulled your lip between your teeth and he chuckled. It wasn’t very often you saw this side of your mobster boyfriend. He was a very reserved man with a hard poker face.

You felt safe walking alongside Bucky to the grocery store. You had come to know him through your work at the compound, helping your sister Pepper’s boyfriend with his technology. And since Tony didn’t get along with either Bucky or Steve and had completely split the compound into two parts, Tony gave you the job of teaching the 100-year-old super soldier’s. 

Which of course, you didn’t mind. 

“What do we need today, doll?” Bucky asked softly. His flesh hand rested firmly on your back. You pulled out your shopping list from your bag and read it aloud. “Alright, so let’s start at the produce,” Bucky suggested and you nodded shyly. Whenever you were around him, your voice came out all squeaky which he found adorable.

“Lettuce start here.” Bucky threw his head back and laughed at his stupid joke. A little giggle of your own slipped out from his dorky-ness. 

As you were browsing through the fresh fruit and vegetables. A mocking laugh sounded behind you, a laugh you knew far too well. Your body trembles on its own accord and it doesn’t go unnoticed by Bucky. He knew all about your recent abusive ex-boyfriend from late-night talks in the kitchen. He knew how he hurt you, beat you and made you the shy and timid lady you were today. 

"Just ignore them.” He whispered close to you. You nodded your head and tried to do just that. However, before you knew it, your ex had begun to taunt you. Bucky turned to look over his shoulder and grimaced at the men who were laughing. 

“Leave her alone!” Bucky spat out as you busied yourself with an interesting bunch of onions. 

“Or what?” The man pushes just to see how far Bucky can go. Which isn’t very far. Bucky removed his glove and his black metal hand clenched into a fist. Your ex’s eyes grew wide in fear. “That’s not real.” He states and relaxes. But before anyone could react, the metal hand punches the idiot right in his nose. Blood spluttered down his shirt and he crouched in pain. 

“Yeah, that’s what I thought. Not so tough now are you? You ever speak or lay a finger on Y/N again and I’ll snap your neck.” 

Your heart soared with warmth the protection Bucky had shown you, defended you when he didn’t need to but wanted to. And you offered him a tight hug as a thank you when he returned to you.
