As a huge star wars rebels fan. Watched it when it started airing on Disney.
The Ahsoka show hurts me with how they did my guys 😭 I haven't watched it, yet. I have seen clips and all my complaints are just about the appearance of the characters.
Why are the contacts so... bad? Like i think it was clear that their bright eyes in the show was the animation style. Why are Ezra's eyes giving Zac Effron in high school musical 2?
Why does Ahsoka not have her design that she has in Star wars rebels? Why are her lekuu's so short and the design not right? Also her face markings aren't as thick as they should be, but that's more nit picky than anything. It feels like they de-aged her? Togruta's lekuu's grow really long especially female togruta. If anything her lekuu's should be longer and her montrals big and prominent.
Why does my girl, THE HERA SYNDULA look like that? Her lekuu is too close together, the patterns on it is too light and again, her eyes.
Also why can sabine use the force now? SHE CAN STILL BE A BADASS WITHOUT HAVING THE FORCE! SHE WAS ALWAYS A BADASS. She is also like 30 years old by Ahsoka if I am not mistaken. (The way the timeline works confused my brain a little so I might be off) so it doesn't make sense that her force sensitivey awakens that late? Unless there is an explanation in the show why again I haven't watched it yet. Like doesn't that sensitive slowly fades if you don't train it? At least that's how I sorta understood it. I could be wrong.
I feel like that gave Sabine Ezra's story and character in Ahsoke from Star Wars Rebels.
That's my rant. I adore all the characters in Rebels so much and just disappointed the lack of effort it feels like they really gave them in their live action adaption.
contrary to popular belief not everyone has an innate sense of internal gender or care to have one or seek a name for it, some people go their whole lives without questioning their occupation in one of two gender roles, but for some people, if pressed, they don’t feel that internal sense of ‘i am a woman’ or ‘i am a man’, and in that case i feel the switch over to transgender vs cisgender relies on active identification of a gender other than the one they were assigned. if someone’s like ‘idk dude I just work here’ then that’s valid
#i would describe my gender as not exactly ‘idk dude i just work here’ #more like…..when someone assumes you work somewhere that you don’t #but you know how to help them so you do it anyway #my gender is wearing a red shirt at a target

A portion of people in the notes are like ‘but that makes you trans. That’s called being agender’ and another portion of people are going ‘this is how the majority of cis ppl feel and it’s NOT agender’ and personally I feel like both of them are missing the point here. Yes a lot of people identify as agender because of this feeling. Yes a lot of people with this same feeling still identify as cis. These are not mutually exclusive experiences and it doesn’t mean the agender people are secretly cis or the cis people are secretly agender. It just means they have very similar experiences of gender that they choose to conceptualize and label differently, and neither of them are mistaken or wrong to do so.

trans bears are literally stronger than any US marine

In like 1998 my very femme lesbian friend went to Pride in London and was all excited at the “teddy bears picnic” happening in one of the city parks. She took along a picnic hamper and her cuddly teddy bear. Needless to say, the large hairy gay men all thought she was adorable and she had a great time
One thing I will say I liked about Veilguard (and this is entirely with the way I played the series) is romancing Davrin with my antivan crow Rook, because in Origins I played as a dalish warden and romanced Zevran. So the start and the end of the journey was mirrored in a way, and I loved that
