Summary: Six months until the tournament that would decide Jungkook's future.

Six months where he and his team were in dire need to monopolize the ice-rink that had taken a liking to Uni’s new sweetheart. Where Jimin made a bet with Jungkook, which, if Jungkook lost, he would have to be taught how to ‘truly’ skate. 

Or as how Jimin had phrased it, ‘By the time I'm done with you, you’ll have fallen in love with figure-skating’. Surely things didn’t work out in Jungkook's favour.

In their fickle game, Jungkook is in for sex and Jimin is in for love. By the end of the six months, perhaps Jungkook would like figure-skating, but he would have adamantly fallen in love with the figure-skater.

Choice Quote: Alone, Jimin was skating in that dimly-lit rink. He had a red silk blindfold covering his eyes as he skated, entranced and high on something only felt by him. Jungkook could only stop and stare. He didn’t know much about figure-skating but he couldn’t remember ever seeing a performance that emotionally and physically rapturous. Starting from Jimin's soulful expression, to the way his hands fluidly moved, to the way his body flowed, becoming one with the tunes filling the place—everything held Jungkook utterly rapt. Such flexibility, such grace and such stamina were absurd.

He did a jump, another with less rotation on perfectly landing the previous one—Jimin’s skates seemed to only be capable of making contact with the ice for about two seconds before gaining momentum and jumping higher this time. If Jungkook's maths skills didn’t fail him, Jimin had spun three rotations in midair, syncing with the time signature of the song’s climax. He didn’t land as gracefully, but he was able to play it off—as though that little mishap had been deliberate. The tunes seemed to grow more urgent although Jungkook could tell it was the end of the piece, Jimin was spinning in a sitting position—for almost ten seconds he was. He finalized by drawing more into himself, as if he could fade with the music tapering into oblivion.

My thoughts/rambles (non-spoilers): Okay I love vmin, like I swear that they are soulmates. And then throw in a college AU plus a sex phone operator AU and its amazing. The dialogue and inner thoughts are just so funny and the way vmin develops is so HOT but also so sweet and romantic. Definitely one of my favorite fics and actually one of my first BTS fics.
