Going to be a Red Sox fan till the day I drop

as I pointed out in one of a flashback photos, I was a huge wrestling fan(and No matter how much you want to escape it, you can’t escape it. cause they’ll find a way to suck you back in.) but I read today on TMZ that Steve “Sting” Borden is retiring from pro wrestling cause his neck is so jacked up. I just want to say thank you for an amazing career Steve “Sting” Borden, I’ve followed you through your wcw run and your tna run. you were one of amazing talent, you were one hell of babyface and I was proud to be a fan your’s. congrats on your enshrinement into the WWE Hall Of Fame, and hopefully they can use you as an on screen role, or a trainer cause you were one helluva a worker.

this day I was posse to go home, but with my state they declared it a state of emergency and I had to stay another night. while going down to breakfast, I ran into a nesn worker, a red sox hall of famer, and a baseball hall of famer, and I ran into Jim Rice, we got talking about the weather and how he’s got get back to see his grandkids, and that was fucking awesome as hell. the majority of day three is where I just did some walking around the casino, not really much players or coaches.

Day 2 of Boston Red Sox winter weekend part. 2

as I was charging my phone at one of the self charging stations, which my phone battery dies fast than a lot of other things. I saw a couple more people from tumblr, I didn’t say hi, but I saw ya! you guys did a good job with the Winter Weekend.I went back to my room, cause I need to freshen up again, change shirts and get bring some money. so I can feed myself, so I ate something, and by now it’s around 3:00 PM and I’m eating and waiting for my phone to charge, hoping I could take more pictures with my phone, but sadly my phone sucks! ran into someone famous, not going to say who. but it was pleasure meeting this certain individual. by the time I was done with everything it was getting near 4:00 pm,so I grabbed my dead phone, my camera and went to my next player meeting, and that one surprised the holy hell out of me. so when your at this event they don’t tell you who’s in what room, and who’s going to be signing and who’s the pictures going to be with, and I think that’s fucking fantastic. so as we wait for the door to open, they open and out comes Brock Holt and Rick Porcello. Brock’s just like hey come on over here, let’s get some noise going here. so everyone starts applauding and cheering. which we all got in line, talked to some very nice people.got to talk to Brock Holt(fucking awesome dude, needs to stay on the red sox.) and even meeting the fellow home state and person who pitched a perfect game at my alma matter high school. Rick Porcello fucking awesome dude. although the picture the fanfotos took of us make me look like shit, rick porcello. come on, but my camera took a better picture of us, and than I hurried and went to my final signing of the day, which we heard cheering from the next room and heard it was Pedro. which I was hoping to meet, I went in looking to meet certain stars, but I was happy with who I met. and was happy to see Farrell again and he remembered me. and my final signing and picture of the day was of Brandon Workman and Christian Vazquez. it was simply amazing, this event was just all and all incredible, the staff was just amazing, the event was awesome as hell. if you are a red sox fan, and want to do something like this I said do it, it’s worth it, it’s bucket list worthy, I hope 1. the red sox try to do this every year if possible, and 2nd if I ever find a wife that loves the red sox as much as I do. we are going to do this every year, and meet the red sox every year. no matter how much the roster changes, because it’s a fun experience.

Day 2 of Boston Red Sox winter weekend part. 1

Day 1 and 2 of this event is where the real magic happens, for Red Sox fans this is our mother fucking Disney World. this is just what you imagine a Red Sox heaven to be, if you died and asked to be placed anywhere in the world. while waking up I noticed something by the door, it was a nice 8 x 10 picture of one of my current favorite red sox players, and probably some of your’s as well. Dustin Pedroia and it was autographed by him, which was so awesome. I’d imagine people staying over night the 2 nights got different players than me, but I got some breakfast, went back to my room freshened up a bit, got my pass and head to see everything in store. saw the 3 world series trophies on display, saw the gold gloves, silver sluggers. so the nesn stage and zone got snubbed by Dennis Eckersley in the premier ballroom, was hoping for a picture with him but he got pulled away by security. but than by the time to meet anyone else at the NESN stage, I had to run up and go to my first signing/player picture meet up, and well I think what they do for these things are just incredible, the person was like you think disney’s line are long wait till you see these. so you wait outside, than eventually when it’s time to go in you go in to two separate lines, could have sworn I saw someone from tumblr there. so I’m waiting I got autographs from two young southpaws Eduardo Rodriguez and Brian Johnson, and got a Picture with Matt Barnes.(I wanted to see the Around the Horn Panel, cause someone on here told me Pedroia panels are funny. but by the time I got there they were wrapping up and preparing for the Tek and Pedro panel, which I saw and it was funny and great to see. while waiting in line for that panel I saw the person again from tumblr, and I said hey and they said hey back.(hope you had fun at winter weekend.) another funny thing that happened was wally saw I had the camera in my hand and wanted me to take a selfie with him,I didn’t take it because I was laughing. maybe next year wally, but after the panel, I had to rush over to my next signing, which was our bullpen coach and manager, and got to get a picture with fred lynn. story will continue on part 2

Red Sox Town Hall(day 1)

(these are stories of the week of Red Sox Winter Weekend. my journey...my experience.)(apology for the puncution, and grammar) I was really looking forward to this trip for quite a while, because everything that’s been going in my life has my head spinning. not a good spinning but pressure all around me, so I was little annoyed at some of the stuff going on that day. but eventually made I made it to the hotel, checked in and relaxed a bit, almost forgot to pick up my package for the players I was going to meet Saturday. but got it and went back to my room, while going back to my room, the elevator stop at a floor, who was about to enter the elevator. none other than Roger Clemens he apologized because he saw that the elevator was going up, and thought it was going down. at first the couple and their young kid were like who’s that? I was like I think that was Roger Clemens, so I pushed back the door and was like Roger? he’s like hey, sorry again about that. and I was just like OH MY GOD I ran into Roger Clemens. so I went to my room and got my pass, and head back downstairs for the Red Sox Town Hall, where you can ask questions for the front office and manager, it was really held in a nice area, and was done up nice. the most memorable thing from that, would have to have been Brock Holt returning Wade Boggs his number back, it was nice and great tribute. and also the round of claps John Farrell got was just so amazing. the man deserved it. I really didn’t do much exploring on Friday cause I was tired from the day before.

As many of you know the Boston Red Sox are starting to do their own fan fest, it's called Sox Winter Weekend, and to destroy all the stress that's going on in my life, and to destroy at least some of my anxiety. I decide to go this years, and it was an amazing trip up there. I saw couple of people from tumblr there, saw a panel, and even got to meet some players and coaches.

Hello everyone, I hope everyone had a good New Years, and continue to have a wonderful and happy one. part of me would love to go back to this #redsox blog on tumblr, do my rants on couple of the moves of the off-season and stuff. but then I would stress myself out and just worry myself with every little thing. But I do want to say since taking the hiatus, I’ve also accomplished some stuff I’ve been meaning too do and been putting off for a long time.
