In September 2018, We started the first Bruce Banner Appreciation Week and we had such a blast. March 2019 was round two. Now it’s time for Round three and we are back with a new event full of love for Bruce!

Once again, the focus for Bruceweek really should be on Bruce and less on Hulk. In order to make sure everyone who loves Bruce can enjoy the content you create, please keep it free of content that is clearly about a romantic relationship. All friendships are very welcome! (If you are unsure about this please ask us.)

We will give two prompts a day, so you can choose yourself which prompt(s) you want to use.

specifically, the context being that he sincerely believes that every dark or unheroic thought he has will eventualy come to live, take shape and hurt people

he’s a hero, and he is dramatic as hell, but he is also fundamentally a broken shell of a man who long ago gave up any hope for things getting better for himself. all his friends die. everyone he loves dies or betrays him.

he makes friend with an embittered alien? his jaded words drive the alien deeper into hatred so his new friend nukes the planet so Bruce can become the monster he was meant to be.

he falls in lvoe and settles down? EVERYONE DIES. BECAUSE OF HIM. to love Bruce is to suffer.

And on a very real level, Bruce sincerely thinks that all love involves being hurt. he can’t do that to anyone else. and every time he dares to hope he can love, everyone he cares about suffers or turns on him.
