I have a lot of excuses and they are all bullshit excuses. So I listen to them less and less. The less I listen to them, the more I show up, and the less they do.

Yes! Remember to breathe. And hey: Not that shallow chest breathing, the breath that just gets us more agitated. Go deep, slow, into the belly. Life breathing.

I’m posting this because a friend irl was talking smack about the b in lgbtq and I hadda set them to rights. So this, too, is me.

I needed this today. Maybe you do too.

And sometimes you’re having a bad day. I get it. But keep coming back to your kindness. Make the world better.

A beautiful and universal truth, but it also illustrates, I think, the difference between healthy and toxic masculinity.

I think the purest form of love is just wanting someone to notice life with you. "taste this. look at that. hear this song." again and again. until you can't imagine noticing life without them.

This is both a heart warmer and a gut punch.
