With these delicious cookies, you can indulge in the irresistible combination of Nutella and oatmeal. They're soft, chewy, and chock-full of chocolatey goodness!
Ingredients: 1 cup Nutella. 1 cup rolled oats. 1 large egg. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine Nutella, rolled oats, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Gently flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a fork or your fingers. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy these delicious Nutella oatmeal cookies!
