#controversial take potentially but Iβm a big advocate for autonomy#and I fully understand and agree that addiction sucks for everyone involved not just the addict#but at a certain point people can do what they want with their lives and their bodies and if that is going to the ER seeking drugs#then thatβs their choice#at least theyβre getting safe and regulated medication#harm reduction and personal autonomy can exist at the same time
