People are often confused by me going back and forth between vegan and vegetarianism so Ill try to make it clear here. I only buy and cook vegan food. Everything I bake and eat in my house is vegan, with that said I am not part of the vegan police team and if someone offers me something that happens to be cooked with some milk I may give it a try, I love trying new things and I don't want to feel like I'm missing out on anything because of my food choices. I live a 95% vegan lifestyle and feel fantastic about the choices I've made and the awareness I have in regards to food. =D This blog will hopefully shed some light on the enjoyment of eating in an animal friendly manner.
