Pandora’s lips quirked upward in the smallest possible hint of a smile. “Just alright?” She asked feeling a little disappointed with his answer. She wouldn’t hold it against him, not everyone appreciated the same things she did which were understandable as the blonde would see the beauty in the smallest of things that other’s overlooked. Even now as the male stood smoking Pandora couldn’t help but watch as the embers from his cigarette lit his sculpted face in a dim, orange glow. She had always been guilty of romanticising people’s flaws, not that she did it on a purpose but she enjoyed making the world around her even more colourful. The witch shook her head. “It comforts me, knowing that our issues aren’t as big as they seem in comparison they’re tiny. There’s so much more to everything than we realise.” She explained smiling brightly before going on to add, “Plus the likelihood of that happening is so low, I like to think that they care too much about us, they choose to do it one by one instead.” Â
Regulus could feel the gaze of the other intent on his features through the darkness, knowing that she was studying him. It made him feel awkward, and perhaps a little insecure, but he wasn’t about to let her know that. The male was known for his hard exterior, the coldness that radiated from his entire presence. And yet, the peculiar blonde had chosen to approach him on this dark evening. As she spoke, he turned his gaze toward her, watching as the star light seemed to twinkle in her eyes. It was odd, how such little things could give off so much light in the darkness. Lips quirked down at the corners, and he nodded his head. “I guess that’s a nice way to look at things. One I’ve never heard before. But, a fresh perspective is always good.” He mused, licking his lips as he then rolled his head back to rest against the wall at which he sat. Narrowing his eyes for a moment, he then turned to peer toward her. “They’re just balls of gas and rock, you know..” Regulus spoke softly, brow raising ever so slightly as he combed a hand back through his dark hair, pushing it away from his face as he once against placed the cigarette between his lips.
