when       he       does       speak         ,         voice       is       hoarse         ,         gone       is       bold       confidence       &       left       behind       is       𝐒𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐋       of       former       glory         .               ❛     mr       scamander         ,         i       presume       ?    ❜    

     he doesn’t know  what exactly  he expects to see when he hesitantly and so quietly enters the room of one percival graves , rooting himself exactly two steps past the door frame. who is this man really ? it has his anxiety at an all time high —— as with  all  new social scenarios. as if there could ever be a way to prepare for it ; still , he wishes there was. it is , at least , a comfort ( albeit a strange one ) to know that he  looks  the same —— though tired and battered by whatever terrors gellert grindelwald left him to suffer with.

“I mean, you’re safe.“

“I like it… ANOTHER!”
